We had the pleasure to work with the Kroes team again and like in previous encounters we step away completely pleased. Everything went as promised and Sander was very proactive in communicating during the process. I have recommended Kroes Advocaten in the past and will continue to do so going forward.

I went through at least 4 other lawyers before reaching out to Kroes Advocaten. All the others told me it was practically impossible for me to stay in the Netherlands and not worth the try - Inge Eggen-te Pas at Kroes was the first to suggest there might actually be a way and she was right! Thanks to her I'm not beyond happy to have my residency permit. She was very thorough during the whole process, introduced me to other helpful and diligent contacts, and answered all my questions in detail throughout. Thanks again Inge!

I can really recommend the services offered in particular by Sander Groen and Sarah Omar. In my experience Holland is not exactly known for great customer service, but Kroes really is an exception here. Not only is the service great, but the subject matter knowledge is also deep & thorough which is why I would personally use them again in the future.

Meestal is dat dan niet zo. Het is fijn een kantoor te weten met een advocaat die echt verstand van zaken heeft waar wij op een uitermate prettige manier mee samen heb gewerkt. Met, niet onbelangrijk, het gewenste resultaat sneller dan verwacht.

The application took longer than we expected, but that is of course not to blame on Kroes advocaten or Inge. In the end we got a positive answer, with the help from Inge and that is all that counts! Although the objective was reached, which I am extremely glad for, I felt there was a lack of communication towards the end of the process when my partner was about to be given a 1-year contract from her work.
