I would like to thanks Kroes Advocaten and Sarah personally for invaluable help with my relocation to the Netherlands, along with my partner. The communication was excellent, and the whole process went smoothly. In no time, we got our residence permits and were able to move to Amsterdam - and that's in the middle of the pandemic, when it's hard to plan even a week ahead. Truly remarkable! Sarah also helped me apply (and receive) the 30% ruling, despite my rather difficult case of living in different countries these last 2 years. Since our initial introductory call, Sheryl has been extremely helpful answering all my questions regarding EU long-term residency as bluecard holder and made sure that my application was complete from the get-go to avoid any delays since I was combining my years as bluecard holder over multiple countries. She gave timely advice when I decided to change jobs in the middle of my application to ensure that nothing went wrong with the ongoing process due to technicalities. She was always available and very prompt getting back to me. I always felt that I was in very good hands and that everything was in order. And indeed, all went very smoothly and had a positive outcome.

Toen ik al enkele jaren bezig was om een verblijfsvergunning te verkrijgen, werd mijn verzoek voor de zoveelste maal afgewezen en zou ik het land moeten verlaten. Op advies van een jurist nam ik contact op met Kroes Advocaten. Irene v.d. Fluit werd mij als specialist toegewezen. Dit was een zeer plezierige samenwerking. Ze was in staat binnen de complexe Immigratie en Naturalisatie Wetgeving regels te identificeren die van toepassing zijn op mijn situatie. Ze diende op grond van deze regels een verzoek in voor een verblijfsvergunning. Mijn verzoek werd binnen 3 maanden goedgekeurd en ik kreeg een verblijfsvergunning voor 2 jaar. Omdat ik oud-Nederlander ben, kon ik na 1 jaar een verzoek indienen voor optie voor het Nederlanderschap. Ook in dit proces werd ik door Irene begeleid. Bewonderenswaardig vind ik de professionele manier waarop ze met de zaak bezig is, haar vermogen om problemen die zich voordoen op te lossen en haar zeer efficiënte interactie met de IND. Ik heb intussen ook het Nederlanderschap verkregen. Ik wens dat ik eerder de hulp had ingeroepen van Kroes Advocaten. Ik geef daarom dit advies aan al mijn vrienden die in een soortgelijke situatie verkeren t.a.v. hun verblijfsstatus in Nederland.

Inge has helped my girlfriend, her daughter and me with the request for a multiple entry visa and residency permit. Out situation, in my opinion, was quite complicated since my girlfriend and I are not married, have no registerred partnership, were both outside of the Netherlands and couldn't show a shared rental agreement.
