Sarah Omar has helped me immensely with understanding what I can count on and how I can get there regarding my continuous residence in the Netherlands. Mijn ervaring met Kroes Advocaten en met name met de heer Sander Groen is zeer positief. Kennis van zaken, betrokkenheid, communicatie , niets dan lof! In een zaak vol emoties is de professionele en betrokken aandacht een geruststellend baken!

De aanvraag van mijn vriendin en mij omtrent haar verblijfsvergunning (partner visum) werd in eerste instantie niet toegekend vanwege het zogenaamd ontbreken van de juiste motivering betreffende mijn werkomstandigheden. Voor het bezwaar heb ik de hulp ingeschakeld van Kroes Advocaten en in het bijzonder Hans van Oort. Hij heeft me erg goed geholpen en was ook duidelijk in zijn communicatie. Hij heeft het bezwaarschrift opgesteld. 6 weken voor het verlopen van de termijn kende de IND alsnog het verblijfsrecht toe aan mijn vriendin, en ook nog eens zonder hoorzitting. Hans heeft goed en snel de kern van de zaak gevonden en hiernaar gehandeld. Wij zijn erg blij met het resultaat en de diensten van Kroes Advocaten (Hans in het bijzonder nogmaals) zijn dan ook zeker aan te raden voor mensen in een vergelijkbare situatie. Dank!

I worked with Sander Groen and he was very knowledgeable and right on point. Sander was right on top of my paperwork day 1. He guided me throughout the process and made sure everything was perfect. Sander even went over and beyond by calling the local government to try to speed up my process. Not only did he try, but he was working with my crazy schedule to get this done. Originally Sander said the process would take up to 3 month. I was done in less than 40 days. Great firm with great lawyers.
