Immigration is a hugely complex area and Sheryl Goldberg at Kroes did a fantastic job in understanding my position, explaining the requirements, walking me through the process and providing clear and responsive advice and support all the way through. Importantly Sheryl also project-managed the process extremely well, pro-actively chasing down responses and fixing appointments to keep everything moving for me. Since our initial introductory call, Sheryl has been extremely helpful answering all my questions regarding EU long-term residency as bluecard holder and made sure that my application was complete from the get-go to avoid any delays since I was combining my years as bluecard holder over multiple countries. She gave timely advice when I decided to change jobs in the middle of my application to ensure that nothing went wrong with the ongoing process due to technicalities.
