We ended up at Kroes Advocaten because Edward moved there from his former employer. We moved with him and we really don't regret it. Edward's expertise and knowledge regarding the, often complicated, procedures at the IND or during the first application process in the country of origin are up to date and ensure pleasant, clear and open cooperation and communication. Edward takes the time to explain things well. This gives us a good feeling as an employer, but certainly gives our (future) employee a good feeling, a warm welcome and the certainty that things will work out.

Because of my company is working with Kroes Advocaten, I had a support from Edvard van Kempen both initial of MVV process and extension process. I can describe my experience with one word: excellent! Because of my company is not a sponsor company recognized by IND , there were some obstacles on the way. After my 3 and a half years stay in Netherlands, I changed my job to another company. During that transition a "gap" problem occurred, which basically meant my 3 and a half years had gone for naught. I applied to Kroes Advocaten with a problem of entry ban to Schengen states which I had since 2018. A lawyer who held my case was Mrs. Esther Wolthuis.
