Sheryl handled my case. To start with, Kroes Advocaten was brilliant in all stages of mines and my family visa application, they managed it extremely well. Clear and crisp communications of required documents ( what, when and who). The best part of working with Kroes Advocaten is that they are extremely knowledgeable in their field of work. On the whole journey , I was kept informed at every stage and made the process very smooth. I strongly recommend them to anyone who are looking for good immigration and visa services. My experience working with Kroes Advocaten has been absolutely great. My case was handled by Sarah Omar and Victoria Leong - both are highly professional. I received my permit faster than I expected. My emails were responded very quickly, all my questions were answered clearly, so I always felt that everything is taking care of. I certainly do highly recommend this firm. Victoria Leong and Sarah Omar both handled my case, and did so expertly, even with a transfer midway, and details changing on my end with respect to spousal visa. I can be a high anxiety person, and they went over things as many times as I liked, reiterating and answering questions whenever needed. Very good to have someone to turn to to ask things and when fears are running high! With multiple extensions needed, and starting my own business, having Kroes Advocaten in my corner took some of the stress off, and I would not have been able to manage without them. We used Edward van Kempen who was recommended to us by a tax advisor. Edward was highly personable, efficient, but most of knowledgeable and came up with a Brexit related approach that we would not have thought of for ourselves - we had left NL before Brexit, but met the eligibility conditions for permanent residence. In the face of initial rejection by IND he held the conviction that he was right, launched an appeal at no cost to us, which found in our favour. Excellent value for money. Excellent English. Excellent service. My only reason for withholding the last half a star is that sometimes responses to Emails or texts could be delayed or missed, I suspect due to an overwhelming amount of work - but that was minor compared to the value delivered.
