I was fortunate to be able to work with Ms. Karasahin on my application for Dutch citizenship by the option procedure. She was very professional and responsive. My application had some complicating factors, and she was able to help me navigate them effectively. She prepared my application, which was a substantial document. I was laid off and found myself in an urgent situation where I needed my long-term residence permit approved quickly. They proposed several contingency plans from the start to ensure I have the lowest chance of losing my residence status if the long-term permit were rejected. In the end, everything turned out very well, although the IND decision took longer than the deadline they initially indicated. Agata was very patient and called the IND many times to follow up. A few days after the deadline, Agata even sent the notice of default (ingebrekestelling) to IND. IND made the decision a few days after that. After I received my long-term residence permit card, they even checked that all the details on it were correct.
