After Putman BV worked on our system, we noticed a significant increase in energy consumption. When they returned to inspect the issue, they couldn't identify or fix the problem, yet charged us 300 eur for the visit. Another company later found the system had been misconfigured, likely due to Putman BV’s work, as they were the last to touch it. This error also led us to pay an additional 500 eur in electricity taxes. They were unwilling to discuss or resolve the situation. We are extremely disappointed with their lack of expertise, poor customer service, and unjustified charges. Would not recommend.

Prima . Flexibele afspraken, doen niet echt aan afdingen maar leveren wel kwaliteit, en service achteraf is onbetaalbaar. Mooie nieuwe ketel, binnen 6 uurtjes klaar
