Worst experience I could have had. Please be warned and think twice when considering working with de Bruijn. We called to have a qoute made for our leaking roof. They sent somebody for a repair (and not a qoute) that we have not asked for and they did not preform any repairs but still charged us *** euros for a 10 minute wrongfull visit. Very rude communications after asking that this must have been a mistake. Having a qoute made for a repair should not imply costs unless stated beforehand. This has also been confirmed by VeBiDak branche organisation. I asked them if there were costs implied before entering the house, I was assured there were no costs but to our surprise 1 week later an invoice came with the following message that they cannot help us with the repair and no qoute will be given. Horrible experience all over. I would give zero stars if possible.
