Een goede ervaring met Pellikaan mbt het bouwen van het Kindcentrum.

Our experience has been refreshing with a professional approach from all at Pellikaan. We have been particularly impressed with the sympathetic approach Pellikaan have taken with the client and the change requests. The management of the design has also been efficient in the face of a significant number of client changes. Overall very impressed.

The end result is great and we as a business and our members are very satisfied with the product. The process of delivery whilst a challenge was managed professionally by the team and their commitment to delivering a super end result was obvious.

Shropshire Council appointed Pellikaan in 2023 to design and build a new swimming pool and fitness centre. We worked together very cooperatively to get planning permission and finalise the construction contracts. We had some sensitive negotiations with our neighbours and Pellikaan were responsive and accommodating so we could reach access agreements. The project is now in construction and they have one of the most well organised construction sites which I have seen.

Pellikaan are great to work with, they seem to make construction simple!

Working with Pellikaan has been a different experience to working with our typical UK Contractors. Pre Con is less detailed than we are used to but it all seems to just come together and when we get to site all has been very professional

Pellikaan were appointed along with ourselves at the start of Stage 3 and it was soon clear that Remy and Gary were part of the team. This team approach has continued once the project was on site. I am confident that the site team want to deliver the best building they can for us from dealing with any issues to how the work on site has been managed.

Pellikaan is een deskundige, betrouwbare en flexibele partner. De (juiste en tijdige) informatie en communicatie staat centraal in de samenwerking. Er is een goede samenhang en continuïteit in de verhouding tussen inhoud-proces-relatie in de samenwerking. Naast een goede samenwerking tussen Pellikaan en haar opdrachtgever, brengt Pellikaan ook een goede samenwerking tot stand met onderaannemers en leveranciers en daarmee stuurt en beheer(s)t Pellikaan de integrale bouwketen die voor de opdracht noodzakelijk is. Pellikaan is duidelijk en transparant over haar aanbod en levering, maar is gelijktijdig ook duidelijk over wat zij vraagt van haar opdrachtgever, zoals tijdige besluitvorming, etc. Dit maakt dan ook dat er sprake is van een evenwichtig, deskundig en prettig partnerschap.

This was my first opportunity to work with Pellikaan. I enjoyed the overall experience and noted a high level of professional management in all areas. The site reporting at client project meetings was thorough and tracked all aspects of the work. A tight timescale and the impact on material shortages and labour resources created significant challenges to the project but it was clear that every effort was made to complete as close to the programme as possible while ensuring good quality. Staff training was impacted due to the tight timescale and snagging rectification.

Het is een prettige samenwerking, waarbij er snel geschakeld kan worden en men doet wat men zegt en beloofd.

The older part of the building blends in nicely with the new park, good team effort in ensuring the centre was the best it could be for the budget

Pellikaan have delivered an excellent project and are specialists in Sport & Leisure Construction.

Mijn ervaring is dat de lijnen op de bouw lekker duidelijk en kort zijn. Als ik iets nodig heb zijn de heren snel met het leveren van de input. Ze zijn aardig, klantvriendelijk, duidelijk, realistisch. Lars Willemsen, Freek van der Mast en Pascal Majoor (en uiteraard Pieter) zijn de mensen met wie ik het meeste te maken heb gehad. Bij deze mijn grote complimenten voor deze heren. Ook de veiligheid en de netheid tijdens de bouw verdient een compliment. Er ontgaat ze niet veel wat dit betreft. Wat betreft financiën kan ik geen mening geven omdat de externe projectleider dit voor zijn rekening nam.

Excellent site cooperation and quick responses to information required - all in a friendly, trustworthy and professional manner. Some design changes were evident as a result of the location eg Scottish Building Regs, but this was largely due to novated consultant information from the tender stage. Cost breakdowns were always provided on request with regard to variations even if not provided initially. An open-book attitude prevailed.

Pellikaan is een betrouwbare samenwerkingspartner in de bouw. Er is nauw contact en in goed overleg komen de plannen tot realisatie.

De samenwerking binnen het nieuwbouwproject zwembad De Hoge Devel is goed verlopen. Iedere partij met zijn eigen aandachtspunten, maar allemaal continu met hetzelfde belang: een kwalitatief goed en mooi zwembad neerzetten, waarin het prettig zwemmen én prettig werken is. De expertise, behulpzaamheid en oplossingsgerichtheid van de projectleider van Pellikaan is ontzettend waardevol geweest.

Despite all the EA issues the Pellikaan team are cracking on at pace to complete the dryside areas and continue to be a good partner

Outstanding knowledge of leisure, proactive and collaborative approach to issues and challenges and the Pellikaan team were a really nice people too! This project was a pleasure to work on!
