Vanaf het moment van contact tot na het event een zeer goeie samenwerking. Alles op en top verzorgd. locatie, dranken en catering. Ik heb zeer veel goeie reacties gehad van de gasten. Kortom TOP!

We hebben een goed verzorgde middag gehad, misschien wat kleine schoonheidspuntjes van aandacht, maar niet zo noemenswaardig dat ik jullie niet zou aan bevelen.

Met de Donderdagavond EetClub organiseerden wij een lustrumfeest voor 150 mensen met het thema Moulin Rouge. Het Tobacco Theater bleek een geweldige keuze als locatie, ook door het flexibele meedenken met onze plannen. Wat was het een geweldig feest! Opzet en techniek (superprogramma), entertainment (geweldige acts), eten en drinken (erg goed en strak uitgeserveerd voor een grote groep), aankleding (het voelde echt als Moulin Rouge) en locatie (in het hart van de stad); alles was ècht super en zorgde voor een onvergetelijk lustrumfeest. We kijken met ontzettend veel plezier terug op deze meer dan geweldige avond.

Ik vind jullie heel prettig om mee samen te werken. Reageren snel op mail, zijn enthousiast, niets te gek en die gastvrijheid komt in elke vorm terug.

De communicatie en samenwerking verliep uiterst soepel. Het personeel dacht mee in alle aspecten van de uitvoering en bracht goede ideeën op de tafel. Namens het hele Cognito team; bedankt voor jullie harde werk en inzet!

Hele fijne ervaring. 2 dingen: - laatste weken voor evenement had ik met 2 of 3 verschillende mensen email contact maar niet met locatiemanager van die avond > is misschien handig? - ik vond het zelf lastig inschatten hoeveel mensen ik moest uitnodigen omdat er maar 50 mensen in mogen > misschien naarmate er meer ervaring is zouden jullie hierin advies kunnen geven? ik had 55 mensen uitgenodigd maar er waren uiteindelijk 35 mensen. ik vond het hoe dan ook fantastisch, ook heel fijn dat mijn vrienden 's middags al cadeautje konden brengen en lief cadeau van jullie zelf!

Ontzettend bedankt fijne mensen van TOBACCO Theater. We hebben ons thuis gevoelt bij jullie :-)

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I think it's so important for vendor and clients to compromise and work with each other's needs and that is exactly what was provided.

I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was with the entire staff during our 4 days spent at the Tobacco Theater! Everyone was extremely helpful and always had a smile on their face. Lucas did a FANTASTIC job coordinating all the details and always made us feel as though we were not stressing him out (when I know we were as I've worked in this industry before :) ) Ruben was also a wonderful asset to us! He made sure that all of our presentations were seamless and perfect, he made myself look good and I cannot thank him enough! The food was excellent and your Chef is very talented. Mooie locatie in het centrum van Amsterdam! Zeer vriendelijk en professioneel team! Uitstekende service!

Ik vond het helemaal super, enige minpunt aan Tobacco is de akoestiek in de ruimte. En de lunch vond ik iets wat tegen vallen. Verder top!

I am the director of the production “Stories of Margo”. I am not the producer. So I can not give information on sales because I did not book the space. As the director the experience was perfect. Everyone was helpful and supportive. They made us feel welcome and at home. Thomas at lights was awesome and quick. Louka was incredible. He had the best energy and had answers. So was Xenia. Our overall experience was perfect and we would come back without second thoughts. The only thing I would change would be the communication before we arrive about the lights. I sent a week earlier our schedule for the day of the performance mentioning that from 10am to noon we will hang lights. I talked to your technician asking him who will help us hang lights. Our lighting designer sent you his light plan. On the day of the tech rehearsal we were informed that we can not hang lights and and that they will stay as they are, set from the Tobacco theatre. So we had to improvise and do the best we could with the way you had the lights hang. Maybe it was a mistake in translation, because we do not speak Dutch unfortunately. If that is the case maybe we should have hired a translator. But despite that problem we found solutions and had a great show. Thank you to all for helping us make it a success.
