This project has certainly had its challenges but the Team have risen to the challenge and provided solutions to all the issues presented by third parties and provided a fantastic centre that will be enjoyed by the local community for many years to come

Pellikaan is vanaf de eerste dag een partner gebleken in iedere fase van het proces (ontwerp t/m ingebruikname). Hun grote kennis en ervaring van scholen en sport- en leisure gebouwen kwam goed voor pas voor het realiseren van een nieuw dagactiviteiten- en beweegcentrum voor SEIN.

The collaborative attitude and attention to quality and evident team spirit was impressive.
This was my first opportunity to work with Pellikaan. I enjoyed the overall experience and noted a high level of professional management in all areas. The site reporting at client project meetings was thorough and tracked all aspects of the work. A tight timescale and the impact on material shortages and labour resources created significant challenges to the project but it was clear that every effort was made to complete as close to the programme as possible while ensuring good quality. Staff training was impacted due to the tight timescale and snagging rectification.

Een enorm fijne samenwerking
De samenwerking binnen het nieuwbouwproject zwembad De Hoge Devel is goed verlopen. Iedere partij met zijn eigen aandachtspunten, maar allemaal continu met hetzelfde belang: een kwalitatief goed en mooi zwembad neerzetten, waarin het prettig zwemmen én prettig werken is. De expertise, behulpzaamheid en oplossingsgerichtheid van de projectleider van Pellikaan is ontzettend waardevol geweest.

Samenwerking op een heel menselijke manier
- prijs kwaliteit was het aanbod van Pellikaan beste van alle ingediende projecten, maar ook na realisatie blijkt dat onze keuze voor functionaliteit de juiste - snelle en bekwame opvolging van de werken tijdens de bouwfase - zeer goede communicatie zowel met architect, projectleider als werfverantwoordelijke - zeer tevreden ook over de onderaannemers van het gebouw - hoofdlijnen van het concept omgevingsaanleg zijn fantastisch, maar sommige aspecten zijn niet functioneel genoeg - minder tevreden over de onderaannemer groen - echter: er blijven 1,5j na oplevering redelijk wat kinderziekten opduiken. Die worden wel op een zeer correcte manier opgevolgd door projectleider en werfverantwoordelijke

Deskundige en betrouwbare bouwkundige aannemer
Het bouwteam van de WRZV sporthallen heeft goed samengewerkt met als resultaat een toekomstbestendige en moderne sporthal voor de stad Zwolle. De medewerkers van Pellikaan hebben hierin een belangrijk aandeel gehad door de coördinatie het het bouwproces en mede door hun deskundigheid en openheid.
