This data is used exclusively to verify that the Service is being used legitimately and that the User is not, for example, posting multiple Reviews for the same company. After a period of 3 months, these are deleted or anonymized.
Klantenvertellen does not receive any personally identifiable information about the end user from the Company’s database via the interface. Only an anonymous order transaction ID is sent. If Kiyoh provides the service to send the review invitation email, the necessary personal data is used only for this specific purpose. After the legal retention period, this data is deleted.
The Company is responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws. Furthermore, the Company is solely responsible for how End Users are approached and informed about the possibility of leaving Ratings Reviews; for assessing the legal permissibility of advertising (including its method) of the Company’s products and/or services, particularly under competition and advertising laws; and for assessing the requirements under competition, data protection and other relevant laws and obtaining required consent from the End User.

With our both free and paid services, we strive for an open and transparent review platform. We only ask that you respect our guidelines and terms of use, so Klantenvertellen remains reliable and transparent. Welcome aboard!
Anyone with a recent experience and proof of purchase can leave a review. These experiences include not only purchases but also interactions such as phone calls or store visits. To protect integrity, employees, friends, or family members are not allowed to review your business. It is also not permitted to review competitors.
When sending invitations for reviews, this must be done in a fair and unbiased manner. We sometimes ask reviewers to add a reference number to verify the experience. Offering incentives, such as discounts or gifts, is not allowed. With our permission, you can collect reviews on your business premises; the use of company-owned equipment for reviews is not permitted.

We expect you to always act respectfully on our platform. Don’t share harmful or inappropriate content and avoid illegal activities. Our tips for responding to reviews will help you with this.
Respect and protect everyone’s privacy by not sharing personal information such as names, phone numbers, or addresses. Employees who respond under their own name do so consciously and cannot be used as a reason to report other reviews.
Disagreements about reviews, even if they seem unfair, are not grounds for removal. Klantenvertellen does not mediate in disputes between businesses and consumers.
We give consumers the opportunity to share their experiences, but we also commit to removing defamatory content that unfairly damages reputations.
Responses that violate our guidelines may be removed. In case of platform abuse, we may block access to features, place a warning on your profile, or in extreme cases terminate the collaboration.
