Write your customer reviews review in less than 60 seconds!
Step 1: Submit Your Review
After your purchase, you automatically receive an invitation from the customer reviews platform to write a review, or you can simply leave your review directly through the customer reviews platform itself. Here you can leave a score out of ten (this counts towards the average score of the reviewed company), answer some questions, leave your own notes, and even submit photos!
Step 2: Are you a real customer?
Of course, only real customers should be able to leave a review – this is the difference between a secure platform like customer reviews and an open platform like Trustpilot and Google! If you’ve left your review via the invitation you received in your inbox, your review automatically proceeds to step 3.
For reviews that you’ve left on your own initiative, there’s an additional security measure involved. To prevent our platform from being flooded with non-authentic reviews, you’ll be asked for an extra security measure: submitting your proof of purchase.
The customer reviews moderation specialists then verify the information on your receipt with your corresponding purchase. Once this is done, your review moves directly to step 3.
Step 3: Let’s keep customer reviews safe and clean together!
A customer reviews review must meet certain conditions to be allowed on our platform, these exist to guarantee the safety of you, the company, and our platform. In step 2, we saw how only real customers can leave a review. In step 3, we employ customer reviews moderation to ensure that: a) no duplicate reviews are posted on our platform, b) no personal information is visible in the reviews, and c) no offensive language or personal accusations appear in the reviews.
At customer reviews, we aim to moderate your reviews within 72 hours, so they can be published on the web as quickly as possible!
