• kv_consent: remembers whether you have accepted analytics and/or marketing cookies (max. 180 days, first-party).

Statistics (opt-in)

Via Google Tag Manager (GTM-53DQJGN) we measure with Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-97D5PVBSGC) how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies are only placed after you allow statistics. Until then analytics_storage and related storage are rejected (Google Consent Mode v2). Traffic can be routed via our first-party tagging server tagging.klantenvertellen.nl.

• _ga, _ga_*: distinguishes visitors / sessions (up to about 2 years, Google), only after consent.

Marketing (opt-in)

With consent we use Google Ads (conversion ID AW-1014669300) for campaign measurement. Without consent ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain blocked. After marketing consent Microsoft Advertising (UET) and LinkedIn Insight can also be loaded via the same GTM container.

With the same consent we load the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel (ChatGPT Ads, pixel ID UJoxFrVELkQNYZ74FUwAoL). Without consent that pixel is not loaded.

We are currently not placing Meta (Facebook) Pixel on this site.

Consent and Google Consent Mode v2

Google tags may load before your choice, but with storage defaulted to “denied”. No advertising or analytics cookies are placed in that mode. Google may receive a limited, encoded/cookieless ping for conversion modeling (ads_data_redaction). Only after “Accept all” or a saved preference with analytics/marketing do we update Consent Mode to “granted” and optional cookies may be placed. “Only necessary” keeps optional storage denied.

Third parties and transfers

Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC may process data, including in the United States, under the applicable terms and transfer mechanisms of Google. With marketing consent the same applies to OpenAI, and possibly Microsoft and LinkedIn. See also our privacy policy.
