Klantenvertellen B.V. wants everyone: consumers, businesses and partners: to be able to use our website and information digitally. Digital accessibility is an ongoing process. We focus on the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines.
Accessibility Statement
This statement applies to the marketing and information site of Klantenvertellen (klantenvertellen.nl), including pages about our review system, news and legal documents. Standalone web applications (such as the customer portal or third-party payment flows) may have their own statement or measures.
Status: we are systematically working on compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA. Components we already actively apply include:
- Semantic HTML and logical heading structure
- Skip link to the main content
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard use
- Support for prefers-reduced-motion
- Labels on forms and search fields
- Alternative texts or hidden decorative images where applicable
- Navigation that is keyboard-accessible (including mobile menu)
Some older content (for example blog posts with historical images) or embedded third-party services (such as a third-party payment module) may not fully comply yet. We improve these parts step by step or provide an equivalent alternative wherever possible.
What does this mean for you?
Keyboard and screen readers
You can operate the site using only the keyboard. Use Tab to navigate, Enter or Space to activate, and Escape to close the mobile menu. The skip link “Direct to content” jumps to the main content.
Visual
Text is scalable via the browser zoom. We strive for sufficient contrast between text and background. If in doubt or if you have contrast issues: let us know using the contact details below.
Forms
Contact and registration forms have visible labels. Required fields are marked. You can report errors or ambiguities; we address them, preferably with a structural fix.
Embedded content and third parties
On some pages we load content from partners (for example third-party payment modules). The accessibility of those is partly the supplier's responsibility. Where necessary we provide an alternative, such as contacting for a quote or explanation by phone or email.
