Good

it was good but i thought couple of things could be better I naturally intend to reply to the email i received asking documents. however, i need to send to different email address which requires concious efforts. it would be good if there is any digital dossier where i can add my documents rather sending over email.

So so

A certain interest rate was advertised (around 7%)but when you actually apply and fill out what you intend to loan the interest rate almost doubles (around 14 %)
