Dear, Loan has been taken via ABN Banking APP. In APP, instructions were available in English and Dutch. Instructions are really clear and even connected with online links in case someone wants to be more informed. In case application went wrong, or something is not as it should be, responsible CS department will contact you via APP messages and explain the issue.

They requested my October payroll even though it was 15th of October, I submitted my payroll from September but they didn’t accept. They made me wait for 10 days to get my October payroll, because I’m getting paid on 25th, just like the majority of the people..

Customer (with my wife) of ABN AMRO since 2001 in privileged list as international organisation employee. Received mortgages and personal loans in the past from ABN AMRO with no problems at all. New procedure is too much complicated in case one of the partner has not anymore a bank account with ABN AMRO, too many controls with documents signed electronically with adobe acrobat reader refused and obligation to print them in paper and sign (green choice indeed...) and the final "gem" of sending to private address an external company to check the identity of myself and wife as total strangers and without any privacy protection. Procedure was cancelled on my side because we found the procedure discriminating the expats and my wife was not available in the Netherlands in short tems due to our daughters studying abroad, then contacted again from another ABN AMRO Amsterdam dpt. and found a solution to identify my wife via webcam as other banks are doing (BNP Paribas Intesa Sanpaolo, Unicredit, ING).

My apologies for this inconvenience. It is important to us that the data must be correct and complete for your customer file. A valid ID and signature must also be provided to, for example, apply for a loan. If we no longer know this information or an update needs to be performed, this can be done via the app or at the door via AMP couriers. I am very sorry to read that you are not satisfied with this. I applied several times for the loan through the APP, and i was not clear which stage i was at. I was told through the app that i will recieve an offer through email which never came I then called to get the application done, and was several questions which are repeat from the app.. Then I recieved an email saying that i was approved but may need to be verified, after a week i called and was ask several question again and gave the same answers... then i was told to change my address on the app Then i got a final approval and payment. From start of the loan process to end took 3 weeks where the promise was 2 days

Steps were simple to prepare for. But after customer validity check it took almost 15 days to credit the loan amount which was not expected and worst part is the customer service executive have no clue about the status of application

I had some difficulties with the online application. My spouse is not ABNA client, then I couldn't apply via my app. It took me some time to find out I need to apply while I'm not logged in! All in all, I'm satisfied with the process. Specially with the responsibility and behaviour of the employees.
