Er werd snel gecommuniceerd en het hele dossier kon daarom ook voortvarend afgehandeld worden. Heel fijn. Marcel nam alle tijd en beantwoordde onze vragen altijd meteen. Helemaal tevreden.

Paul was echt een held door de aankoop van ons apartment, en wij zijn heel blij dat wij met hem hebben gewerkt! Wij zijn starters en hij heeft zo goed gezorgd dat wij alles begrijpten en het best hypotheek mogelijk hebben gehaald. Wij hadden door de vakantie periode dingen te regelen en zijn collega Bas heeft tijdelijk contact overgenomen. Dat ging ook heel soepel, Bas heeft altijd zonder vertraging en met gevoel van prioriteit ons geholpen, ook terwijl het een extra taak voor hem was. Allebei Paul en Bas hebben ons met een heel aardige en gastvriendelijk manier geholpen. Zie zijn ook duidelijk experts in hun veld, wij kwamen super tevreden uit met ons resultaat, ook als niet-rijk starters die onder 30 zijn. Ik zou hun aan iedereen die ik ken raaden.

Paul helped us first giving a very clear understanding on the real options and interests rates, and we were actually positively surprised on the lower interest rates that previously thought. Paul also advised us on the bank giving us very fitting advice for our situation (speed, flexibility, fixed time options). We took a calculated risk with a support from Paul and got the result we expected. Paul also advised us on the needed insurances and other arrangements. We are happy new home owners now!

Wij hadden het geluk om bij AH Finance geholpen te worden door Robbert. Hij is een vakbekwame accurate betrokken financieel adviseur, die ons door de onbegrijpelijke wereld van hypotheken heeft geloodst. Robbert weet vertrouwen te wekken, is snel in zijn handelen en komt zijn afspraken na. Hij neemt je in alle rust mee door het proces en legt kort en krachtig de belangrijkste onderdelen uit. Ook denkt Robbert proactief een stap vooruit, bv. door meerdere scenario's uit te werken en/of hypotheken te zoeken die het beste bij jouw situatie passen (zowel nu als in de toekomst). Iwan is intensief en toegewijd betrokken geweest bij de hypotheekaanvraag van ons CPO project. De aanvraag van de hypotheek voor ons CPO project bleek in de praktijk een stuk ingewikkelder dan wij hadden verwacht. Met al onze vragen (en die van de bouwgroep) konden wij direct terecht bij Iwan, die veel ervaring heeft op het gebied van CPO's door heel Nederland. Verder was Iwan op elk moment beschikbaar, zowel telefonisch als per email. Al onze vragen werden nog dezelfde dag beantwoord. Wij zijn twee keer op het kantoor geweest en daarnaast konden wij ook nog een afspraak digitaal inplannen, erg flexibel. Dankzij Iwans deskundigheid hebben wij als eerst van onze CPO bouwgroep de hypotheek kunnen afronden. Iwan probeert mee te denken met de huidige situatie en de toekomstige situatie en welke constructie daarbij het best aansluit.
