Paul has been an absolute lifesaver throughout my mortgage process! From the start, he guided me to find the best rates and terms, making everything feel so much simpler. Whenever the bank hit me with extra document requests (which was super stressful), Paul was right there, calming me down and helping me sort things out quickly. He was always just a call or message away, super flexible, and happy to answer my million questions. Honestly, his support made the whole process way less overwhelming. If you’re looking for an advisor who really knows their stuff and genuinely cares, this is the company to go for!

Ik ben onlangs met mijn hypotheek geholpen door Robbert Brantz van A&H Finance. Robbert kwam aangeraden door twee familieleden die beide ook enorm enthousiast waren. Deze hypotheekaanvraag is mijn eerste, dus is het natuurlijk allemaal reuze spannend. Het gaat tenslotte over veel geld en een significante verplichting de aankomende dertig jaar. Bij het eerste gesprek ging het helemaal niet alleen over financiën zoals ik had verwacht. Er wordt echt de tijd genomen om je te leren kennen en hierdoor voelt het advies dan ook als maatwerk. Ik zal niet in detail treden over het hele proces, dat is wat saai, maar hier heel in het kort de positieve: - Robbert lijkt haast dag en nacht bereikbaar en voor je bezig. - Ik heb zelf geen bank hoeven bezoeken of zelfs spreken. - Omdat je niet per uur betaald verwacht je dat alles heel snel en efficiënt moet. Dat is echter totaal niet het geval. Er is ruimte voor een grapje en ieder detail wordt uitgebreid besproken. Zowel aan de telefoon als op kantoor. - De hypotheek is rond ;) Verder ziet het kantoor er natuurlijk prachtig en schoon uit. En dankzij al deze redenen kan ik A&H Finance buitengewoon aanraden aan iedereen die opzoek is naar hypotheekadvies.

We moved in about 4 months ago, but only now managed to write this review. Closing up our to-do list of 2024, this is a task we could not overlook, though. Because not in our wildest dreams we thought we could actually buy a place, and it only happened, without exaggerating, because of Robbert. Robert was warmly suggested to us by a close friend, which led to us actually trusting all the unimaginable possibilities he layed out to us. As migrants, my partner is a ZZP, with tight savings, we got a house with garden in Amsterdam!! It was INSANELY HECTIC, and we are probably still traumatized from sanding all the walls, but these are our walls that are only so because of Robbert. Thank you, Robber!! For your patience with our insecurities, for your responsiveness (sorry for calling so often!!), for your kindness, for all you have done so we could be writing these words in our home. Getting a housing mortgage is often a stressful experience, but I couldn't have been more at ease and satisfied with the service I received from the AH Finance team. Bas and Berry guided me through the entire process, ensuring that all the documents were in order and everything was progressing as expected. Paul was echt een held door de aankoop van ons apartment, en wij zijn heel blij dat wij met hem hebben gewerkt! Wij zijn starters en hij heeft zo goed gezorgd dat wij alles begrijpten en het best hypotheek mogelijk hebben gehaald. Wij hadden door de vakantie periode dingen te regelen en zijn collega Bas heeft tijdelijk contact overgenomen. Dat ging ook heel soepel, Bas heeft altijd zonder vertraging en met gevoel van prioriteit ons geholpen, ook terwijl het een extra taak voor hem was. Allebei Paul en Bas hebben ons met een heel aardige en gastvriendelijk manier geholpen. Zie zijn ook duidelijk experts in hun veld, wij kwamen super tevreden uit met ons resultaat, ook als niet-rijk starters die onder 30 zijn. Ik zou hun aan iedereen die ik ken raaden.
