The company was fantastic as long as you are not needing to know exact vehicle weights.
The employees where always trying to be helpful in answering detailed questions. One specific detail that was never known until I received the truck was what the empty truck weighed. Because I was driving a long distance, across multiple countries, it was critical that I didn't exceed the 3,500kg limitation for my drivers license. When I immediately weighed the vehicle it was then realized that I could carry 150 kg less than what was understood. This had a large impact as far as what I could bring during that rental. Other than that specific detail I would give them 5 stars.
