We booked a VW Up with 700km. for the Easter weekend, on arrival at the Alphen aan den Rijn office as arranged to pick up our hire car, we were told our car is not available, due to it not being returned. Ok this isn\'t usually a problem as there is always an alternative. Citroen C1 with HuurMij stickers. However the alternative of which we were initially told was half the price of our initial choice had a kilometer limit, 100 per day(less than half of what we required) we told this to the employee who then told us the new price which was now the same as the original. ok we knew we would pay that initially but we got a dirty car which had no window washer fluid in it and the interier had white dog hairs on the back seat and kofferbak. What i don\'t understand is a company that advertises in having more than 750 vehicles cannot get an alternative in time to the office for our collection.

De site tbv keuze in de huur vloot en reservering maken is TOP. Van wagen ophalen tot retour brengen plus afrekenen is ook TOP. Is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Ik heb een positieve ervaring met INQAR en zal zeker in de toekomst weer gebruik maken van hun diensten!

Zeer correcte, vlotte, deskundige en klantvriendelijke behandeling. Goede prijs/-kwaliteit verhouding! Ik werd zelfs na inlevering van de huurauto door een van uw medewerkers naar de garage teruggereden waar mijn eigen auto in onderhoud was, superservice!
