A very thorough operation, upfront about the costs, and true to their word. They responded promptly and in detail to my emails and attempted to resolve any issues I had. I can’t emphasize enough how reassuring consistent and willing commmunication is for the confidence of a client. They were happy to arrange an affordable cross continent transport. My car arrived safely and in excellent shape. Their good natured and professional staff left me feeling confident that my car was in good hands during the whole, months long process. I can’t see using anyone else.

Communication was very smooth and response times were excellent. I'm at USA west coast but the 9h time difference was no problem for efficient communication with Marlog. Their prices are very competitive. I would certainly recommended their services and use Marlog again.

I have only good things to say about Marlog. They are the partner I would want to see in everyone I would with. They would go above and beyond to make sure everything is okay and all customer expectations are met. I would like to send a huge shout out to their sales manager Jorien. I started about 2 years ago to work with Marlog Car Handling and I can say only positive things about this company. The appointments are right on time, no problem at all. Staff is very friendly and easy going but the most important, each time my cars came exactly how I expected, no problems or damages in transport. I recomend 100%

Purchased a vehicle (a 1961 Alvis) in Germany to import to the U.S. Car arrived in perfect shape. Was very pleased that I was kept informed of the shipping schedule all along the way.

Very Professional and helpful. Marlog is the place to ask for if you want to ship a Vehicle. I got a Classic VW from Rotterdam to Malta in , it arrived exactly on time without any issues. Full Marks !

Since the car was dirty, I could not see the damage immediately, so I got in touch once I reached home. Then I was told, that by signing the pick-up document, even before you ever see the car, you have accepted the condition of it. This is not fair and you should change that system. People should sign the document after inspecting the car, not before. Then I was contacted by your lawyer that I have to stop asking for help ! As I signed the document. I have just not been treated fairly. I just wanted your help and some gesture as it was proven by pictures from the loading, that the damage happened on your parking space. But you rejected even to talk with me and sent the lawyer's letter ... That was no customer service from your side. I am about to buy another car in California and willing to try to work with you again, but I have learned my lesson and will not sign in your office without seeing the car
