Dear Janez, Thanks for your feedback which is very much appreciated. Answering your remarks, we will also send you the information per email. 1. We will put a reference number on the invoice, please let us know which number we should use. 2. When you change the settings of your email account you will not receive Nifa mail as junk mail anymore. 3. Our apologies: we had -as agreed- to wait for shipping the complete order. We did not get the products in time to be shipped. We are sure that we will not be in the same position next time, we will deliver your order in time and will stay in close communication with you.
