Na een zoektocht van 5 jaar toch maar geprobeerd om via Rentslam te kijken. Wat ging dat makkelijk doordat je via WhatsApp direct te zien krijgt wat net online is gekomen. 2 weken heeft het geduurd en ik heb inmiddels een huis in Amsterdam!

We secured an apartment we would never have found without Rent Slam within 2-3 weeks of signing up. I couldn’t recommend it more highly! I was a little hesitant to pay for this sort of service to start with but it made an huge difference in our rental search and is definitely worth it. We came across so many apartments we wouldn’t have seen otherwise, as they weren’t listed on the main sites like Pararius and Funda, and the WhatsApp notifications made all the difference to help you get in contact with agents minutes after a property is listed. We will absolutely use Rent Slam again on our next rental search!

In het begin was ik een beetje sceptische omdat Rentslam zou net zoals anderen kunnen zijn. Maar na 2 weken actief aan het reageren en bezichtiging gaan dien heb ik eindelijk een plak gevonden, binnen 2 weken kan je dat voorstellen? Hoe vet is dat! Ik ben er zo blij mee! Het was spannend om een geschikte woonruimte te vinden. Binnen een maand lukte het nog niet dus verlengde ik het met nog een maand. En toen was het raak! De aanhouder wint. Het gemakkelijke van RentSlam zijn de dagelijkse app’s. Je ziet meteen wat er is en je hoeft niet alle websites door te spitten Geweldig man!

It saves a lot of search time and ensures that you are first applying. Considering that 1 month is usually the searching timeframe, I think the 30€ fee is ok. The notification is almost instant, so you can be in the first applicants.

Aangeraden gekregen door vrienden. Ik was sceptisch want er zijn zoveel opties om te huren, waarom zou ik hiervoor betalen? Maar het werkte enorm goed. Ik heb gekozen om ook betaalde opties aan te zetten, waardoor we waarschijnlijk een van de weinigen waren die zijn wezen bezichtigen. Zo hebben we onze huidige woning gevonden. Vooral overal op reageren zou ik zeggen.

Managed to find an apartment in Utrecht that corresponded to my needs. It took a while but this was the platform that helped me find something. Many failed contacts but one succesful one is what counts. Price is correct compared to some other paid services and the adverts are current when sent.

Continue up-to-date met alle huurwoningen die binnen jouw budget/eisenpakket vallen. Ik zag door de bomen het bos niet meer, maar dit heeft echt geholpen! Via RentSlam een leuke huurwoning in Rotterdam gevonden binnen een paar weken!

I kept hearing terrifying stories about finding a place to rent in Amsterdam but RentSlam made me question all my friends. I've found my new apartment in literally 10 days, after viewing 5 different apartments. Of course you have to do your research, be quick and have your application ready, but RentSlam is by far the best assistant; I was receiving Rentslam notifications for apartments in Pararius, before Pararius website itself. Recommend it 100%.

Many of those who had to search for a housing in the Netherlands know how difficult, costly and time-consuming it is. My colleague recommended RentSlam to me when I've been struggling to find something for a month already. It helped me a lot. I found out that the secret in finding housing is to register for viewing basically immediately after an offer got published. With a small service fee paid to RentSlam you will be receiving new postings/offers from different rental agencies and classifieds (incl.Funda and Pararius) which more or less meet your requirements every day and so have a chance to register promptly. The only disadvantage that I observed is a huge number of offers that did not meet my requirements because of only a few criteria could be chosen. Usually, in 2 weeks you will have some good options. Doordat je direct op de hoogte bent van een nieuw woningaanbod ben je er vaak als eerste bij. Dat helpt in deze woningmarkt zeker! Ik had binnen enkele weken een nieuwe huurwoning.

It was great. I would add a general guide about what happens next after first emails, about unusual process of finding apartments in Amsterdam, etc. For me, for example, it was unexpected that landlord want's my payslips/work contract, at first I thought it's a scam.

Het was fijn om snel de advertenties door gestuurd te krijgen. Zo kon ik snel reageren. Wat minder is, is dat iedereen tegenwoordig deze website lijkt te gebruiken. Dus ben je vaak toch niet de snelste als je binnen 5 minuten reageert. Dat is jammer. Maar helaas is dit markt nu.

Helaas na een paar maanden gebruik gemaakt te hebben van Rentslam hebben wij een enkele bezichtiging kunnen krijgen maar zelfs met 48k per jaar is er vrij weinig aanbod wat er over blijft. Veel direct geantwoord, per mail, telefonisch, helaas geen succes!

Door Rentslam binnen 1.5 maand een nieuwe huurwoning gevonden! Door de mailtjes van Rentslam snel kunnen reageren en zo meerdere woningen bezichtigd als eerste op de lijst.

I tried to find an apartment by myself for almost 2 months, but always was late. When I see updates, apartment was already gone. But with instant notifications from rentslam it became much easier to answer in time.
