It was the first time for me in an online language course (due to Covid) and overall it was a good experience. Even though the lessons were a bit too long (2.5h), the group was very interactive what made the lessons more pleasant. The teacher was also very supportive and interacted really well with the group, using Zoom. Even though I prefer face to face classes, due to the current Covid situation, this is definitely a course I would recommend.

It was a really good Dutch language course. I have learned a lot of new words, and had an opportunity to practice my speaking skills every lesson. Grammar was reviewed every lesson as well. All in all a very good and positive experience. Highly recommended.

I’m happy we could follow the course online. I do not think we missed much but not attending in person. The speed was good, there was a lot of grammar and a lot of talking, and that’s what I was looking for in a course.

My experience with Kickstart was very nice. You learn and have fun at the same time. Everyone is very helpful. Ms. Akkerman is a great teacher.

What I appreciated was that we were not just introduced to the Dutch language but also highlighted the peculiarities of the Dutch culture.

I highly recommend Kickstart School. Their Dutch lessons are very dynamic and the textbooks and class materials are nothing like any regular language course you can find in the country. My teacher is very experienced in her knowledge of the Dutch language and is very patient in explaining my questions. Its a very inspiring Journey here! Will definitely return for more lessons.

Ik heb geleerd om feedback van de spreekbeurt te geven. We kreegen extra oefeningen van onze lerares als we iets niet duidelijk voelden. Ik durf te vertellen en te vragen, daarnaast leer ik meer en alles wordt duidelijker.

Good course. Grammar was explained very well. A bit more time can be spend on vocabulary, explaining the meaning of the words and phrases.

The Starterpack Dutch course for Beginners was really informative. Evelyn was a great teacher who was easy to understand and had great patience teaching beginners from very different backgrounds and experience levels

The class really makes sure that all types of language learning is being practiced and tackled: grammar, speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Even though, we have a virtual course. I could say that I really don't feel it as a limitation! The study guides are great and we learn dutch step by step.

It was very useful to improve my Dutch knowledge, especially vocabulary and speaking. Although it was online, it was as good as on side.

Maarten is an awesome teacher who explains grammar the best. His teaching way was structural and it was easy to understand ! I was really worried if I could follow the course since I started to study dutch this spring but I made it in the end thanks to the thoughtful teacher and classmates :) I recommend his course!!!

I like the small group. We have time to practice the speaking. Understandable, comfortable pace, from the couch at home.

It was my first experience with kickstart. I am very pleased and happy with the dutch course I took with Sanne. The course went active all the time and Sanne's teaching skills made me feel like I was in the classroom. The course structure was also nice and required us to practice all language skills. Housework was a bit too much, it definitely requires time.

The video class worked good, we had no problems with the groups works.

I took an online course from Kickstart school and it was well structured and nicely delivered. I am very happy with the course!
