Rebecca really helped me improve my writing and build my confidence. She is also fast in grading the homework. Letita was also very helpful via email and responded very fast.
it was much better than the last one in december 2015. The exam book helps a lot for preparing.
Good prep for the exam
the teacher is responsible, and fully prepared. My child like her very much. But I think she can arrange the lessons are more detailed, like every time teach him a type of sentence, then we can make more sentences according her sample.
The teacher's comments are clear and helpful.
I am very glad about my experience at Kickstart. During the ielts lessons, I learned the practical and proper way of writing ielts task 1 and 2, reading passages and answering, listening, speaking and above all how to complete a task within a given time. In contrast,The knowledge I acquired from my teacher helped me during ielts exam and in result, I obtained a good score of 6.5
It was a very positive experience, I would recommend it and I hope to get another level soon.

This class was more difficult as the teacher was not very familiar with specifics of the language. As well, her familiarity with English was limited which made it difficult to explain how something we were learning in Dutch related to how we would be familiar with it in our common language. She could, of course, speak Dutch very well, but her ability to teach the language compared to my Starter Pack teacher was limited. i just started Stepping Stones II and many questions we have been trying to understand for a large part of Stepping Stones I was cleared up in just one lesson by our Stepping Stones II teacher. Overall, though, the class was, again, very good.

We are glad that your questions were cleared up by the next teacher. We'd like to point out that each course you complete doesn't end with the information completely fixed in your head. That is why we always do a review of the most important grammar points from the previous course in the first lesson of the new course. We are confident that you will continue to progress!
My only complaint is with the continho website and huiswerk component. The level of difficulty was much higher than the other exercises and course material and I often needed at least an example to complete the work. An answer key would also have been helpful. Overall the course was good and I would recommend it, though I wish a Stepping Stone 2 was offered on the weekend so I could continue without interuption. I am unavailable on Tues for the next course.
the book and materials are not very clear in grammar explanation. you need to receive more explanation from the teacher or better writen material. the metodology of thr teacher is not good for me, is not clear enough, the lessons are not very diverse in activities and not a good follow up that engage with the learning process. abput the infrastructure, please take in count cleaning more often the toilets, sounds crazy, but this is important for a good complete image of a company
Dear Marcela, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have actually had a substantial period of growth, so it took us a bit of time to organize an adequate solution to the cleaning problem. We have now contracted a professional cleaning company to come in 5 mornings a week to ensure that the facilities get the necessary care. Hopefully, this helps to address your concerns!
