A great course with a knowledgeable and patient Docent. Would greatly recommend!

I am very happy with this course. The materials are very good, both the book and the handout. I also love the order and organization with lessons and homework. My teacher Maarten is a very good one, who perfectly shows his love for teaching and spread that to his students. He makes studying grammar easy and fun. Thank you very much

I had a nice time with our group and our teacher. He was easy going and tried to explain a lot of things to us. I was content with the course, and I will continue with the next step.

I have learnt a lot in this course and whilst it is only a beginning, I feel more confident to hear Dutch spoken to read. My pronunciation still needs work. I really appreciated Maarten Smit as a teacher. I am not going to enroll in the next course yet but this is nothing to do with Maarten or the course!

It is impressive how much you can learn in 10 lessons with a good teacher

I liked that I had more chances to talk during the course. Teachers gave me a lot of chances to speak. It helped me to be more confident in speaking Dutch. I would recommend the class and teaches from my course.

A lot of new words and very good teacher combined by speaking practices made a good impact on my skill.

It was a very good course with very good teacher. Only sometimes the preparation worksheets linked to exercises that were no longer available in the net.

Goede School

I have had lessons before but they were not as good. The professor encouraged talking beyond textbook and lessons and that provided tue freedom to explore more topics and speak freely.

This is a good school with the good teacher.

There are a lot of materials and information that I can use. My small group was very cozy and comfortable environment to learn. I am satisfied with the course but if I could more time to speak Dutch, that would help me to improve my skills.

It's good to start dutch.But it have a gap that I expected before I entered this school.

I attended the fce to face stepping stone II course. It is very well structured. There is quite some pre-work to do orior the classes, do you must be committed, but if you are the progresses will follow. I recommend Kick Start. Plus the teachers are very friendly and the class athmosphere makes it pleasant to kearn.

I think class should be 2 days in a week as scheduled in Stepping stone 1 or starter pack.

Highly recommend Kickstart. Well structured courses with wonderful teachers. You’ll also meet fellow students who are enthusiastic to learn Dutch.

The learning journey is fun and full of practice at Kickstart

Good course but there was definitely more emphasis on speaking and reading. I think I have improved my speaking and reading skills a lot but my writing skills. The schedule was confusing- add dates to the lesson

I really enjoyed the Dutch course, especially how Maarten explains grammar in great detail, making everything much easier to understand.

I really enjoyed completing Stepping Stone V. There was a lot of opportunities to speak and practice and ask questions. Maarten is a friendly and helpful teacher who worked hard to make the lessons enjoyable and accessible. I feel a lot more confident in my Dutch and am getting the hang of the grammar!
