I really like my experience with Everaert Advocaten. I have just upload a few documents to their system and they took care everything for me. I needed my resident permit as quick as possible and whole process took less than a month thanks to them. They clearly informed me after each step so I could took action immediately.

The communication for all the requirements were detailed and done on time. This made my work smooth and did not have any confusions.

We waren zelf via een aanbeveling bij Everaert advocaten terecht gekomen. Vanaf het eerst gesprek werden wij zeer goed geholpen. zij namen de voortouw in de zaak en zorgden zelf voor alle relevante informatie en documenten. Er waren een paar tegenslagen tijdens het proces maar zij hebben die zeer professioneel en bekwaam opgelost en uiteindelijk is de zaak positief afgerond. Daarvoor nogmaals onze dank aan Everaert advocaten.

Really happy with the way Thomas handled my case. He reacted always shortly after i posed a question, he was prepared, kind, constructive and he had good answers to the questions i had. Good knowledge of the field and represented me really well towards the officials.

I received a negative decision from the IND, decision which had been made on erroneous grounds. I had previously been in contact with Eline regarding my application, and since she does not work at Everaert Advocaten anymore, she immediately referred me to her colleague Thomas, who contacted me within the hour after I sent him an email regarding my situation. He immediately took over and contacted the IND officer which in the end decided to revise her decision. Thomas informed me by email at each step of the process, updating me on the responses he had gotten from the IND and what was the next step he was going to undertake. Within less than 2 weeks, the IND officer had revised her decision and I received the good news that my application was accepted. Thanks a lot Thomas for your assistance!

The whole process took place smoothly. I received clear advise and directions, without requiring almost any paperwork on my side.
