However the initial extension request was declined by IND the appeal was prepared immediately with all possible extra documents. So that new decision was positive. And even more - IND admitted their mistake with the initial negative decision. Thank to Nikki Vreede and Bram van Melle for advises and taking care of my absolutely not simple case.

Kirsty helped me through the residence permit renewal process. This happened during the corona restrictions time, so I was a bit disoriented and didn't understand how to apply for new permits. But Kirsty provided detailed instructions and notified timely what to do.

I instructed Everaert on my application for Dutch citizenship. Although not a complex case, there were some specific evidential requirements that were brought to my attention in order to ensure my qualification for Dutch nationality was clearly addressed. Mijn vader keerde op 96 jarige leeftijd terug van Amerika naar Nederland. Zijn vrouw was overleden in Amerika en hij wilde graag terug naar Nederland. Een huurder van onroerend goed van Palbright had een naturalisatie- aanvraag gedaan bij he IND. Zij verbleef al meer dan 10 jaar in Nederland en had ook haar inburgeringsdiploma behaald. Bij controle door de IND bleek dat zij al enkele jaren niet meer voldeed aan haar verblijfstitel. Zij was ondernemer geworden, maar haar verblijfstitel was op basis van loondienst. Afwijzing van de naturalisatie en intrekking van haar verblijfstitel dreigde zeer. Maar door kordaat ingrijpen van Mevr. mr. Besselsen is dat voorkomen
