I had run into a tight spot regarding my residency permit - due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I wasn't able to get the right document from my home country to extend it. The call with Lotte made me feel instantly better, and the knot of tension I had in my stomach went away. She guided me regarding the process, the documents, and the time frame. However the initial extension request was declined by IND the appeal was prepared immediately with all possible extra documents. So that new decision was positive. And even more - IND admitted their mistake with the initial negative decision. Thank to Nikki Vreede and Bram van Melle for advises and taking care of my absolutely not simple case.

I contacted Everaert in regards to how can I get my permanent residency faster, and much to my surprise, there was a way I wasn't looking at, that effectively shaved off 6 months of waiting time (if I were to pursue the regular way of obtaining it, I would only get it in November), which saved me a large chunk of my central nervous system. Kirsty helped me through the residence permit renewal process. This happened during the corona restrictions time, so I was a bit disoriented and didn't understand how to apply for new permits. But Kirsty provided detailed instructions and notified timely what to do.

Although not a complex case, there were some specific evidential requirements that were brought to my attention in order to ensure my qualification for Dutch nationality was clearly addressed.
