This is the third time I am receiving support from Everaert, and every time I am impressed by the performance of the team. Everyone is very professional, friendly, supportive, and responsive. I know that dealing with the governmental authorities is very complicated, but with the support of Everaert, my experience was very pleasant because I almost did nothing, and all the complicated work was done on my behalf. De samenwerking met Elles Besselsen en Daniele Snaathorst verliep vlekkeloos. Het advies dat ik kreeg was gedetailleerd en uitgebreid, waardoor het niet moeilijk was voor mijn vrouw en mij om te bepalen welke stappen we moesten nemen. De begeleiding bij het nemen van die stappen, inclusief de geboden hulp het overwinnen van een aantal ambtelijke ‘hobbels’ onderweg, maakte het - op zich redelijk ingewikkelde proces - zeer goed uitvoerbaar. Ik kreeg ook van diverse instanties te horen dat ze onder de indruk waren van de volledigheid van de documentatie die ik overlegde (geheel volgens de instructies van Daniele) en de helderheid van mijn aanvraag (opgesteld door Elles en Daniele). De aanvraagprocedure is mede daardoor voorspoedig verlopen en veel sneller afgerond dan ik - in deze vreemde COVID tijden - had durven denken. Ik had me aangemeld voor de groepsprocedure als Ranov vergunninghouder. Het doel van deze procedure is om Ranov vergunninghouders te helpen om Nederlander te worden. Ik heb me hiervoor aangemeld omdat ik al mijn hele leven gezien werd als tweederangsburger omdat ik niet voldeed aan de eisen om te naturaliseren. Nu heb ik geluk gehad dat er per 1 juni 2021 een beleidswijziging is doorgevoerd waardoor ik als minderjarige vergunninghouder vrijgesteld wordt van de documentatie eisen om te naturaliseren. Ik ben ontzettend blij dat ik na 24 jaar eindelijk volledig mag meedoen in de samenleving! Helaas geldt deze beleidswijziging niet voor het overgrote deel van de vergunninghouders zoals mijn ouders. Ik hoop dat Everaert advocaten hen nog kan helpen om Nederlander te worden.

service was really great, all steps have been explained clearly, all appointments were booked and organized for me in advance, so I didn’t need to stress about many steps or possibility of missing something. My coordinator (Kirsty) was really professional, answered all my questions and helped me on all the way of getting visa and sorting out documents in destination country.
