I cannot fault Pellikaan in anyway for their handling of the project as a whole and it has been a pleasure to work with them.

Pellikaan have built our last 6 centres and all were to time and budget and built to high quality

We have worked with Pellikaan on numerous new build wet and dry leisure facilities over the past 25 years and they have consistently provided us with highest level of service. All of our projects with Pellikaan have been completed on time and within the agreed budget. The delivery teams are always approachable and actively look for ways in which to improve the quality, content or programme for the project.

First time working with Pellikaan. Initially communication wasn't great on both sides. However we did come up with an agreement. Pellikaan work in a very different way to other contractors in the UK, as a lot is done in house. It took a while to get used to these differences. A pre-construction meeting to run through how Pellikaan work would have been useful. From a design point of view we felt a little disconnected from the process as everything is done within Pellikaan. However now we know how Pellikaan work we now have a greater understanding and can see the benefits of the process. The end product looked fantastic and you could see the quality.

Pellikaan have again demonstrated their ability to deliver a project to an excellent standard, ahead of programme and within the budget through their focus on Employer / project team relationships, attention to detail and commitment to exceeding client expectations.

With Pellikaan I know that I can say to a Client that we will guarantee to deliver the Project on time and within their budgetary expectations.

A very positive partnership resulting in excellent projects

Working with the Pellikaan team is a very positive experience overall. The team; GJ, Richard, Antoine and all other colleagues unequivocally demonstrate a willingness to make things happen for the best of outcomes. This approach is great partnership working well, and is hugely valued and appreciated. The outcome of the partnership is that a flagship leisure venue is being created and many I am sure from this, the end design, finishes having both good operational impact and commercial value will be replicated in the future by others. This has largely been facilitated by the open approach to achieving success by Richard and team. I would have absolutely no hesitation in positively recommending Pellikaan to any of my leisure colleagues who are looking to build new facilities.

Pellikaan have exceeded our expectations with our Lesiure Centre Project. The guys have been fantastic to work with, a real pleasure. I really hope we get the same team when we do our next project and they inspire confidence to get the job done.

Onze samenwerking was als onderaannemer van Pellikaan bij IKC Lorentz in Hilversum. Wat ons betreft had de begeleiding van de uitvoering niet uit onze opdracht gehaald hoeven te worden, en waren we graag intensiever betrokken geweest bij het uitvoeringstraject. Integraal en op tijd betrokken in belangrijke zaken waar techniek en esthetica elkaar ontmoeten. Ons ideaal in een DB(FMO) of EB(FMO) project is een team van ontwerpende en uitvoerende partijen die intensief samenwerken en het project ontwerpen, engineeren en uitvoeren, waarbij ze allemaal van begin tot eind BETROKKEN zijn en over de grenzen van hun eigen vak kijken.

Ik ben zijdelings betrokken bij het bouwproces (IKC en school is leading en binkkinderopvang is huurder van school). De kennis is erg goed aanwezig over schiolen en inlevingsvermogen op kinderdagverblijven is groot. Prettige mensen om mee samen te werken

Ik ervaar Pellikaan als een professioneel, meedenkend en goed georganiseerd bedrijf. Ik ervaar de samenwerking als zeer prettig.

Als projectleider van de MFS de Velst heb ik persoonlijk de zakelijke relatie met Pellikaan als zeer professioneel, vakkundig, betrouwbaar en op samenwerking gericht ervaren.

Eigenlijk zou overal een 10 moeten staan, als je de complexiteit van het project, opdrachtgever en brand in ogenschouw neemt. Door deze facetten komt het wel eens voor dat dingen te lang blijven liggen. Mijn advies zou dan ook zijn: blijf het goede werk met deze zeer plezierige samenwerking ook vooral doen en wees op momenten strenger naar je OG (zeker als de contractmanager daar ook nog eens op aandringt :-)). Die momenten zijn de momenten waardoor je door ja te zeggen jezelf in problemen brengt en je zoveel op je bordje krijgt dat zaken blijven liggen of onvoldoende eenduidig zijn en/of je gemaakte afspraken niet kunt nakomen. Maar bovenal toppers op het project! In die zin jammer dat het er bijna op zit!
