Always a pleasure doing business with Pellikaan. I know that when a project is entrusted to them it will be delivered with care and to time and on budget.

The company has been supportive throughout, deploying its knowledge and experience to the success of the scheme, rather than to its own commercial or contractual advantage - working in a genuine spirit of partnership. This, and their clear knowledge and professionalism, has impressed all of the partners. While we were happy with the original 'client-side' design, Pellikaan introduced refinements which improved the functionality, affordability and appearance and therefore resulted in a more successful project. The relatively few snags which have arisen post-completion have been or are being followed up with the relevant sub-contractors, and we have confidence that this commitment will continue.

I am happy to say Pellikaan are one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They are extremely professional and friendly. Pellikaan continually work as part of the team and actively promote a great working relationship among team members.

From the outset of our project, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Pellikaan. The team involved were very professional, helpful and willing to provide support as required. In particular Gary McStay and Pieter Porthuis were absolutely marvellous and a credit to Pellikaan.

Contractor ran a challenging site and compound with part of the remaining centre continuing to operate. Site was always professionally managed and at times had over 90 contractors on site, along with large scale deliveries for the construction. Pellikaan and their sub contractors continually reviewed the build and if improvements could be offered they would be raised and implemented if agreed. A pleasure to work with.

As an operator of over 350 centres across the UK GLL have a very clear view of what does and doesn't work within our centres so we requested some changes which the Pellikaan team might not have agreed with at the time however we know the change is beneficial for the users / staff.

Always honest, open and transparent about the options and willing to consider alternatives. A pleasure to work with as all involved wanted a high quality leisure centre that met the community's wishes.

Met Pellikaan een E&B traject doorlopen voor IKC Maassluis. Randzaken buiten de invloedsfeer van Pellikaan hebben de uitvoering vertraagd. Verder een goede samenwerking. Het ontwerp was grotendeels gereed en onderdeel van de aanbesteding. Pellikaan heeft dit met partners nader uitgewerkt. Tbv de uitvoeringsvoortgang zijn er enkele schoonheidsfoutjes ingeslopen. Al met al tevreden en goed project.

Ervaring is positief

We benefitted greatly from Pellikaans experience of constructing leisure centres and their knowledge of operating them. Pellikaan made valuable improvements to the original layout of the building, resulting in an additional room being created. The team were very open and friendly and we were kept well informed of progress. Where issues arose, Pellikaan presented a range of options to overcome them. The finished building is of a very high quality and has a standard of finish. Both we and the centre operators have benefited from and greatly appreciate the post-handover support we have received. We would not hesitate to recommend Pellikaan to others and in fact we have already done so!

The whole team (and everyone associated to this building) have been hugely impressive. Pellikaan have a reputation as industry leaders and delivering excellence and in our experience with The Hive it is clear to see why this is the case. I would not hesistate to recommend Pellikaan as the contractor of choice and hope that we can work together on many more projects in the future.

Werken met Pellikaan was in dit project een prettige ervaring. Met veel inzet en aanpak is het project naar verwachting gerealiseerd. Afwikkelen van restpunten zou iets sneller en met meer energie gedaan kunnen worden.
