All prenatal classes are held in a very friendly atmosphere. Nancy is a great instructor who understands pregnant ladies and can motivate you to stay active even during your whole pregnancy. I really appreciate her tips how to improve my lower back muscles and how to breath properly during yoga classes as well as later during the delivery.

The massage I received was one of the best I've ever had. It helped me release tensions in some parts of my body, and relieve pain in others. On top of a made to measure massage, Nancy also gives you tips and suggestions on how to take care of your body yourself (better posture, exercises, and so on).
