We have worked with Pellikaan on numerous new build wet and dry leisure facilities over the past 25 years and they have consistently provided us with highest level of service. All of our projects with Pellikaan have been completed on time and within the agreed budget. The delivery teams are always approachable and actively look for ways in which to improve the quality, content or programme for the project.

de ontwerpfase leek goed te gaan tot de opdrachtverstrekking. Toen bleek dat Pellikaan een ander beeld had van het werken in een bouwteam en alszodanig over de uitvoering van het project. Nu is dit beeld bijgesteld en onderkent Pellikaan de meerwaarde van de adviseurs (kennis) in dit project. Na het herstel van de staalconstructie zit er weer energie in het bouwteam, de de communicatie beter. Met als gevolg goede kwaliteit en een strakke planning (m.u.v. de weersomstandigheden)

Places Leisure are operate over 100 public access leisure centre and have undertaken a number of PPP projects and Pellikaan Construction are our Construction Partners. Pellikaan are involved from the very earliest stages and provide excellent and trusted input to ensure all aspects of the scheme progress to their best. The input continues once the building is complete to ensure the smooth running of the facilities once open to the public

The working relationship with Pellikaan was excellent, best displayed by their desire to deliver the highest level of service, and it cascaded down through to every level from the directors and senior managers. There was significant added value achieved by having Pellikaan as a business partner.

from the start to completion the project was enjoyable. the design process was enhanced by the expertise brought by Pellikaan. the contract phase was excellent and problems were resolved with minimal effort. I cannot recommend Pellikaan highly enough.

On site and design team are all keen to help and importantly bring their experience to the table to suggest improvements to the project. Their input has made the build more cost effective and a higher quality product. All team members give the impression that they are focussed on delivering a high quality building which would reflect well on both Thameswey as client and Pellikaan as constructor.

David Lloyd have a long and strong relationship with Pellikaan but this was the first time they have completed a phased redevelopment with DLL and kept the site live to members. This is course had its challenges but overall was a great success. Pellikaan were very supportive in enabling DLL to deliver our first club in Germany.

Das Projekt Ersatzneubau Familienbad Vogelsang ist zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt worden. Der Zeitplan und das Budget wurden eingehalten. Die Politiker und Gäste sind zufrieden! Die Zusammenarbeit war hervorragend, immer auf Augenhöhe - wenn gleich auch zwischendurch kontrovers diskutiert wurde. Ich weiß, dass einige Punkte bei der Abstimmung mit dem Architekten optimaler hätten laufen können. Daraus haben wir alle gelernt.

Door regelmatig met elkaar te overleggen ontstaat er een klimaat waarin alles bespreekbaar en uitvoerbaar is. De SAMENwerking is prima en ook het bespreken van andere mogelijke projecten en activiteiten is onderwerp van gesprek. Dit versterkt het vertrouwen en de relatie en dus de vervolgstappen.

It was a pleasure to work with an open-minded company, who shared our ambition and vision to deliver the best possible leisure centre with the key community priorities within a set budget and to deliver on a limited sized landscape on time. Throughout the project they kept stakeholders and Members informed and up to date in the best way for our community and key stakeholders. Nothing was ever too much trouble - we just had to ask.

Pellikaan are consider a great partner/client by AMA. Our relationship is based on understanding each other's requirements and abilities and helping each other develop through knowledge sharing.

The company has been supportive throughout, deploying its knowledge and experience to the success of the scheme, rather than to its own commercial or contractual advantage - working in a genuine spirit of partnership. This, and their clear knowledge and professionalism, has impressed all of the partners. While we were happy with the original 'client-side' design, Pellikaan introduced refinements which improved the functionality, affordability and appearance and therefore resulted in a more successful project. The relatively few snags which have arisen post-completion have been or are being followed up with the relevant sub-contractors, and we have confidence that this commitment will continue.

I am happy to say Pellikaan are one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They are extremely professional and friendly. Pellikaan continually work as part of the team and actively promote a great working relationship among team members.

From the outset of our project, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Pellikaan. The team involved were very professional, helpful and willing to provide support as required. In particular Gary McStay and Pieter Porthuis were absolutely marvellous and a credit to Pellikaan.

Contractor ran a challenging site and compound with part of the remaining centre continuing to operate. Site was always professionally managed and at times had over 90 contractors on site, along with large scale deliveries for the construction. Pellikaan and their sub contractors continually reviewed the build and if improvements could be offered they would be raised and implemented if agreed. A pleasure to work with.

Pellikaan have been on site for 4 months at Bulmershe Leisure Centre, so far they have been very easy to deal with and are liaising well with the client team. Co-ordination with adjacent schools could have been challenging, however this is running smoothly to date due to good communication.

First time working with Pellikaan. Initially communication wasn't great on both sides. However we did come up with an agreement. Pellikaan work in a very different way to other contractors in the UK, as a lot is done in house. It took a while to get used to these differences. A pre-construction meeting to run through how Pellikaan work would have been useful. From a design point of view we felt a little disconnected from the process as everything is done within Pellikaan. However now we know how Pellikaan work we now have a greater understanding and can see the benefits of the process. The end product looked fantastic and you could see the quality.
