De samenwerking met Pellikaan verloopt goed. De bouw verloopt voorspoedig en de communicatie is transparant. De samenwerking is open, met goede wil en er is veel vertrouwen.

OG komt bij Pellikaan op de laatste plaats. Zodra Pellikaan wordt aangesproken op een bepaald aspect wijst zij direct naar haar "partners", de onderaannemers. Iedereen moet zijn eigen broek maar ophouden is het adagium. Verantwoordelijkheid nemen wordt wel verkondigd maar blijkt niet in de praktijk. De blijkbaar matige overdracht bij Pellikaan intern geeft onnodige discussies met OG.

Het bouwteam van de WRZV sporthallen heeft goed samengewerkt met als resultaat een toekomstbestendige en moderne sporthal voor de stad Zwolle. De medewerkers van Pellikaan hebben hierin een belangrijk aandeel gehad door de coördinatie het het bouwproces en mede door hun deskundigheid en openheid.

De samenwerking met Pellikaan verloopt in alle fasen van het proces goed. Alles kan tegen elkaar worden gezegd en er wordt transparant gewerkt. Daarnaast is het heel prettig dat er bij Pellikaan zoveel kennis en ervaring aanwezig is.

Pellikaan and their team are a pleasure to work with. We have a truly collaborative arrangement with them, and they will always try to come to us with solutions to challenges, rather than just provide us with a problem. The information flow, particularly for approvals of drawings has been slightly disorganised, and the technical advisors have had to react very quickly on occasion to make decisions. Better planning of drawing release would be useful. However, I would definitely recommend them for construction of any leisure projects.

I cannot fault Pellikaan in anyway for their handling of the project as a whole and it has been a pleasure to work with them.

I have found Pellikaan to be very knowledgeable about building the leisure centers , they have worked collaboratively with us to achieve the carbon reduction of the site and help us keep within the budgets we already have. Where challenges and issues have occurred they have worked with us to resolve . The workman ship on site is excellent and the site team are constantly reviewing to make sure that the quality on site is 100%. Thank you to the Pellikaan team.

We have used Pellikaan to construction 2no leisure centres, their experience is excellent and they have been amazingly helpful with key design decisions. In some instances they have tended to make design assumptions without checking with the client design team, but we are working through better processes to avoid this going forward.

Positief zijn gedrevenheid en hartelijkheid van het ervaren projectteam. Projectleider en werfleider zijn goed op mekaar ingespeeld. Er is voldoende uitwisseling en de contacten verlopen ook respectvol. Jammer is dat bepalingen uit het bestek in vraag worden gesteld terwijl ze voor de opdrachtgever zeer duidelijk, tevens belangrijk, zijn. Geregeld wordt bijvoorbeeld teruggekaatst naar de opdrachtgever (bv. coördinatie nutsvoorzieningen), terwijl dit een uitdrukkelijke vraag was in de lastvoorwaarden van de opdracht. Het is belangrijk dat de directie van Pellikaan over dit project communiceert met de afgesproken contactpersonen binnen de gemeentelijke administratie. Afspraken in de politieke sfeer betekenen 'glas ijs' in het kader van een overheidsopdracht. Eerdere ervaringen met Pellikaan waren zeer positief; de firma bood kwaliteit en scoorde bijzonder goed op nazorg. Wij hopen dat deze sterke speler onder druk van de concurrenten niet in middelmatigheid zal verzeilen. Dit partnership is zich nog aan het opbouwen, dus ervaringen 'in één zin' samenvatten is eerder voorbarig

During the design stage Pellikaan were proactive about proposing potential changes to the existing scheme all of which see a betterment in terms of operational use and brought cost savings. Director involvement in the early stages really led the way and set the project up perfectly for starting on site (despite Covid). The project has been handed over to a contracts manager and design manager to take forward. There are occasionally gaps in the knowledge of discussions held previously (understandably) but generally this has worked very well. Guus-Jan Wintjes in particular is an excellent communicator and guides the client team expertly through the design information and options. The site team are making good relationships with the locals and are managing issues as they arise on site and communicating this back to the rest of the project team

We have worked with Pellikaan on numerous new build wet and dry leisure facilities over the past 25 years and they have consistently provided us with highest level of service. All of our projects with Pellikaan have been completed on time and within the agreed budget. The delivery teams are always approachable and actively look for ways in which to improve the quality, content or programme for the project.

de ontwerpfase leek goed te gaan tot de opdrachtverstrekking. Toen bleek dat Pellikaan een ander beeld had van het werken in een bouwteam en alszodanig over de uitvoering van het project. Nu is dit beeld bijgesteld en onderkent Pellikaan de meerwaarde van de adviseurs (kennis) in dit project. Na het herstel van de staalconstructie zit er weer energie in het bouwteam, de de communicatie beter. Met als gevolg goede kwaliteit en een strakke planning (m.u.v. de weersomstandigheden)

The input continues once the building is complete to ensure the smooth running of the facilities once open to the public
