The office workers were nice, but there was always confusion about my invoicing, because of the coordination between instructor and administration. That was frustrating. I also felt I was being pressured to take more driving lessons. Still, the quality of my lessons were good, although once I saw what was involved in the practice test, I think the amount of attention spent on looking in mirrors was not justified, especially for an experienced driver, such as myself. Overall, I\"m glad I choose Dekker.
